Meet Mallory Haldeman, an IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) Figure Athlete, Health & Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and Fitness Model. The 5’5 health and fitness expert and influencer has achieved success in numerous figure competitions and placed first in the IFBB Tahoe Pro Figure and IFBB PBW Tampa Pro Figure competitions held in 2013. She was identified as a professional figure competitor after her victory in the National Physique Committee Junior National Championships in 2012. In addition, Haldeman won Flex’s Rookie of the Year and achieved top five finishes in Figure Olympia events held in 2012 and 2013.
Haldeman has been proving that powerful things can come in small packages since 2009. After breaking both of her ankles in a rock climbing accident, Haldeman was determined to stay in shape. While her ankles healed, Haldeman began weight training for her upper body and was amazed by her quick results. From that point on, Haldeman began a fitness journey that grew into a career in fitness and bodybuilding. She has overcome her injuries and become a great role model to women and fitness experts, alike. Haldeman uses her success to coach and influence those around her through personal training, health and fitness coaching, and providing personalized diet plans.
