The Best of 2019: LMS Edition Counting Down to 2020 with a Recap of this Year’s #BigWins

While we may not have given birth to a royal baby, discovered a black hole, or won the  World Cup, LMS did do doing some pretty awesome things in 2019. When we weren’t losing our minds over the GOT finale, we were busy absolutely slaying the social media game. We’ve counted down our top 10 achievements of 2019 (in no particular order) to give you a little insight into the exciting, fulfilling work our team at LMS does all day, everyday.

So, turn up Old Town Road, pause The Mandalorian, and take a moment to review 2019 with us.

10.

Welcome to the family! This year, LMS added 25 new clients to our roster, rounding out a total of 62 active clients throughout 2019. From cookies and coffee to hotels and home decor to, doggie treats and plant-based everythings, we’ve worked with it all and continue to broaden our network across all industries.

9.

We got outta town! The LMS team traveled over 274,000 miles and visited 29 cities this year. By planes, trains, and automobiles we traveled far and wide to attend meetings, conferences, speaking engagements annnnd….

LMS Events Team at the Pure Farmland Austin event 2019

8.

Events! Our team produced 9 LMS events in 2019, including two divine influencer events hosted by LMS client, Pure Farmland in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL.  At Expo East in Baltimore, MD, LMS hosted our favorite foodie influencers whose collective potential reach was over 3 Million, resulting in great exposure for our client sponsors. Speaking of results, the LMS coordinated influencer activation events for Pandora Jewelry boosted foot traffic in some stores by 65% and garnered 1.3 Million impressions.  Wanna party like LMS? 7.

We talked the talk (and obvi walked the walk). Our fierce leaders, Co-CEOs Tim Lambertson and Kelli Reyes, and Chairwoman, Denise Lamberston, were asked to share their expertise through 7 speaking engagements. Did you catch Tim dropping major social media knowledge at Expo East on the Influencing Healthy Lifestyle & Product Choices panel? Or Kelli speaking to the Launch Greensboro audience about engagement? Or maybe you were lucky enough to hear Denise #humblebrag about all we do here at LMS? If you missed us this year, watch out in 2020 – our schedule is already filling up with some pretty killer chats.

6.

We got High (Brew) with two celebrities. Twenty-nineteen was a year to cheers for LMS client, High Brew, who welcomed recording artists, Halsey and Shakira, to their “for those who do” family! Also in 2019, we brought Karlie Kloss “into the Bubble” by introducing her to Bubble Goods.  After trying out their amazing products, we negotiated for Karlie to join their team in an advisory role. We are so excited for the future of these incredible brands and partners!  Interested in authentic, engaged celebrity partnerships for your brand? Let’s talk.

5.

Let’s be friends. Through events, outreach, seeding kits (1.9K kits to be exact), and the genuine relationship-building of our congenial Accounts Team, LMS’ influencer community has grown to over 41,000 encompassing all interests and platforms. Through our ever-growing network of influencers, LMS is able to curate expertly matched partnerships resulting in effective activations and successful social campaigns.

4.

So many lucky winners! At LMS we know the value of a well-executed social media giveaway or sweepstakes, and we love to get a win for our clients. One of our 2019 favorites was High Brew’s Early Bird Gets the Brew campaign which contributed to a whopping 636% net growth in just one month.  Through the LMS managed Creative Snacks “Share A Snack” Sweepstakes, our client collected 4,200+ unique emails, received 1,400+ Instagram comments and over 500 new Instagram followers.  Another favorite (because, #bacon, but also because #DamnGoodStats) was our Black Friday Twitter giveaway for client, Smithfield. The giveaway gave a year of free bacon to one hungry winner, but it was Smithfield that really took home the prize. Over the course of just 48 hours on an unboosted post, Smithfield saw a total potential reach of almost 1.8 Million, secured 221,000+ impressions, 2,687 responses, 1,374 retweets and received 498 new followers. That’s what we call #winning.

3.

We popped some bottles. Celebrations were in order this year. Three past LMS clients were acquired: Creative Snacks was acquired by KIND Snacks, Sustain Natural by Grove Collaborative, and ONE Brands by Hershey. We are so proud to have worked with these amazing companies and contributed to the success that led them to this major milestone!

2.

We posted the mosted. Throughout 2019, LMS facilitated many, many celebrity activations and product seedings. We turned Jesse Tyler Furgeson and Molly Simms on to RightRice and they shared it with the world, Daphne Oz got personal with Persona, Chrissy Teigen gave Dang Foods a major shoutout, Ellie Goulding shared about Skyn Iceland, Mandy Moore relaxed with a CBD-infused Daytrip sparkling water, Shakira showed off her caffiene of choice for High Brew, and our dear friend Karlie Kloss can’t stop talking about all the things at Bubble.

1.

Did you hear that? Yeah, that was all the siiiiick social noise LMS made this year. We are social media. This is our bread and butter – we cut our teeth managing influencer campaigns before the term “influencer” was even recognized in the marketing industry.  Fast forward to 2019 and LMS is raking in over 5,800 influencer activations, 30 Million+ impressions and 1.3 Million+ engagements for our clients. Let’s take a closer look at our work for Deep Indian Kitchen. In just 2 months, they gained 3,000+ Instagram followers, and in under four months we coordinated 70+ unique Instagram activations which garnered 974,686 impressions. Feeling that FOMO? Just think of what we could do for YOUR brand in 2020.

If you’re impressed by these numbers, we’d love to chat with you about how we can bring success to your business. These accomplishments are achievable by brands of any size and budget. Check out our services and say hello, here.

Whether an influencer we’ve connected with, a brand who trusted us to boost their business, a part of our incredible network of industry professionals, mentors, celebrities and family, or you’re a new friend we might have the pleasure of working with one day – thank you for being here. Thank you for contributing to our achievements and letting us contribute to yours. We’ve had one hell of a year, and we are ready to reach even higher heights in 2020. Cheers to the New Year!
