From Texas to Tampa, Pure Farmland Hosts Flexitarian Feasts

Over the last two weeks, Pure Farmland hosted some of our favorite influencers in two of our favorite cities: Austin, Texas and Tampa, Florida. Pure Farmland makes plant-based proteins intended to satisfy every diet. It’s the perfect choice for vegans, vegetarians, meat lovers and flexitarians, alike! The food, fun, and flexin’, were all amazing and we’re going to share all the delicious details with you, right here. Fair warning: you’ll be hungry after reading this post.

AUSTIN

The FOOD:

Austin is weird, ya’ll, and we love it that way. In Texas, the land of beef, bulls and BBQ, we did something a little different. Pure Farmland + culinary genius @atxeatsandtreats showed up and showed out with a variety of plant-based Pure Farmland sliders paired with Central District Brewing’s tasty brews. The menu was a flexitarian’s dream including four slider options (the Apple Stout BBQ was a big hit), sweet potato fries, and the tastiest of tiny pies from @TinyPies! Burgers and beer. Name a better pairing, we’ll wait.

“This was such a fun event to produce. The venue was gorgeous, the beer was amazing and the burger sliders were to die for,” Victoria Doran, LMS Events Manager said about the event. “My personal favorite burger and beer pairing was “The Rise + Shine Burger slider” paired with the Gold on the Ceiling Hazy IPA. This featured the Pure Farmland maple patties which are DELISH and the beer literally tasted like orange juice. Now that is something I can get down with for breakfast every morning ;).”

Kelsey, her partner in crime in Event Planning (and also LMS’ Production Manager) said: “I had so much fun working with the venue and putting together the little details of the event. The venue was perfect for capturing the Pure Farmland vibe from beautiful plant decor to awesome staff at Central District Brewing. Influencers loved the plant wall with the Pure Farmland neon sign and the adorable take home cactus plants encouraging them to grow their options!”

The FUN:

Pure Farmland and the LMS team transformed the beautiful Central District Brewing into a beer and burger bar, complete with lush greenery and sophisticated succulents.  Local influencers mingled and munched and did what they do best, shared amazing content with the world. Some were meat-eaters, some were not, all enjoyed the chance to “grow their options” and enjoy Pure Farmland plant-based products.

Huge thank you to @purefarmland for inviting us to indulge in our #flexitarian lifestyle. We are huge fans of all types of foods and have been really getting into the meat alternatives lately.

@nachoavgblondies

The FRIENDS:

This event gave some of Texas’ best influencers the chance to connect with each other, Pure Farmland and LMS, and man, they ate it up! We hopped in front of the camera with @nachoavgblondies, and chatted over brews with@mitch_madrigal + @twoolf29@amelia_massey + @shannberry were the life of the party, and @atxeatsandtreats taught us all about how we can incorporate Pure Farmland into some KILLER burger recipes. We had an amazing time with all of the influencers who attended – too many greats to name! Check out the photos to spot some of your faves!

TAMPA

The FOOD:

In The Sunshine State, we switched gears and got extra grateful with a Friendsgiving Feast! Pure Farmland was the hostess with the mostess delicious Thanksgiving themed eats. Who says Turkey Day has to have Turkey? Pure Farmland and Tampa chefs, @alexrathpeeps and @chef_jeff_iz, flexed their ability to take a traditional meal to new levels with plant-based, flavorful dishes like the Pure Farmland Wellies and Warm Brown Butter Sweet Potato Boats. You honestly haven’t lived until you’ve had their Roasted Stuffed Acorn Squash. It was THAT good.

“It was really great working with @alexrathpeeps because she was super enthusiastic about Pure Farmland and finding ways you can incorporate a flexitarian diet into your holiday meals. All of the Influencers absolutely loved her recipes and many of them let us know they will be taking these tasty treats to their holiday gatherings this season!”

Victoria & Kelsey, LMS Events Team

The FUN:

Overlooking the gorgeous waters and city lights of Tampa Bay, influencers gathered around for a cozy night of sipping cider, giving thanks and making new friends around family style tables. The stunning greenery wall made for Insta-ready pics and who doesn’t love some good photo props?!

“Don’t just eat to survive; Eat to thrive. I have experimented with so many diets in the past and you want to know why I failed at them all? I wasn’t flexible in my approach…Today I had the pleasure of visiting @PureFarmland in Tampa for their Friendsgiving Dinner, to learn more about flexitarian nutrition and Pure Farmland’s #PlantBased protein options.”

@kishmykurls

“Last night I had the privilege to partake in a lovely dinner presented by @purefarmland where we were able to sample a variety of plant based foods. As you all know I’m quite fond of meat and not exactly a candidate for vegan of the year but I’ve always been interested in trying and learning more about meatless products”

The FRIENDS:

Thankful doesn’t begin to express how we felt about this wonderful night surrounded by new friends, old friends, fantastic food and salty Florida fall air! It was a pleasure to meet @thatswhatsheeats + @kishmyKurls, and put @thesavvycamel ‘s face to a handle! We’re going to consider @trevor_rea and @kassieherarra more fr-amily than friends moving forward and cannot get over our love of Pure Farmland, their amazing team and delicious product. Thank you for letting LMS help bring this night to life!
